Return, Refund and Cancellations

At LIVELIHOOD SKILLS and CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY, an initiative of AROMANNA™ Naturals Pvt. Ltd., we take the pride in treating our consumer’s rights, the same way we also take pride in our products. We believe every customer is important, and customer service is essential.
AROMANNA™ reserves the right to refuse returns and/or refunds at its sole discretion. Customers who have purchased in bad faith, who has attempted to abuse the goodwill of AROMANNA™’s refund policy. All refunds will be on the basis of selling price per unit after deducting the shipping and packaging cost of the product.
You can cancel your order before shipping only which means, before the shipment of your order placed, by writing us at email@example.com with purchase details, to request the cancellation. You will not be able to cancel your order by yourself on the website, ones the shipment is done.
If you are willing to return any product, it may be done by writing a return request with reasons to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There is no return policy for any of the online courses.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the us without return approval.
We do not offer partial refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not offer any exchange on any sold product.
Any gift product or gift card is not eligible for cancellation, return or refund. .
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should courier your product to us at mentioned address in confirmation email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
